Becoming a Certified Medical Esthetician allows you to specialize in such treatments as: Laser hair reduction with a laser and an IPL, Skin Rejuvenation/ Photo facials, SkinTyte treatments, Chemical peeling, Microdermabrasion, Silk Peel Dermal Infusion and Dermal Needling. You will also participate in an interactive segment into Cosmetic Injectables. Learn specialty treatments for Aging skin, Pigmentation, Photo Damage, Rosacea, Acne and more. Proper pre and post treatment protocols, including the how to reduce the risk of post inflammatory
hyperpigmentation in treatments. Advanced skin typing, how to perform clinical consultations and how to recommend products with confidence (retailing). Heath Canada disinfection guidelines are also covered.
Medical Esthetics will give the skills to work in a Medical Spa, Dermatologists or Plastic Surgeons office.
