In this 3-day Waxing & Tinting Course you will learn the art of effective hair removal, as well as eyebrow and eyelash tinting application and techniques. This course provides the comprehensive theory and practical training required to be proficient and successful in both of these specialized esthetic services.
This course covers topics such as Anatomy of the Hair, cycles of hair growth and most importantly the do’s and don’ts of proper depilation. Practical training for facial and body waxing with both soft and hard varieties of waxes will ensure your knowledge of various waxing techniques. A comparison of wax ingredients is part of this course.
The tinting portion of the course includes hands-on training of blending and application of tinting colours on eyebrows and eyelashes.
You will also learn proper salon and spa sanitation procedures in accordance with the Canada Health Act.
